IT will continue rebuilding network closets while buildings are nearly empty. Starting Monday, 6/1/20, the networks in 708, 716, and 718 Huntington Ave. will be offline through Wednesday, 6/3/20, afternoon.
This maintenance will affect remote users who are using VPN to remote control their in-office PCs. Users who need workarounds should contact Field Support at HelpDesk@hsph.harvard.edu.
- In-office PCs are expected to reconnect after maintenance, and are not expected to need to be rebooted.
- VPN will still work, but in-office PCs will be unreachable.
