Harvard University’s Secure File Transfer Service, powered by Accellion Kiteworks, will be upgraded on Tuesday, December 15 between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM Eastern time.
Impacts to users:
The Accellion Kiteworks service will be unavailable during the upgrade.
Why HUIT is upgrading at this time:

- The vendor has released a new version of the software to address an issue that causes intermittent service outages.
- HUIT has recently experienced a handful of related outages over the past few months, and wants to mitigate the risk of this happening again, especially over the holiday break.
