The Department of Information Technology is pleased to announce that the Help Desk, located in Kresge LL-15, will re-open its doors on Monday morning, March 21st, at 8am. Hours of operation will be Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Providing exceptional customer service remains our focus.
In pursuit of that goal, we are launching a new online appointment booking system that eliminates long wait times at LL-15. The benefits to making an appointment in advance include:
- no waiting in line at the desk because a technician will be ready to assist at your appointment start time
- selecting a date and time that is convenient for you to work with our support team
- providing IT with a description of your issue in advance of your visit allows our technicians to research a solution before you arrive
- in many cases, remote troubleshooting can fix issues and to avoid a trip to LL-15
We take great pride in the support we have provided the community during these last 2 challenging years. We will continue to provide the same level of excellence you’ve come to expect via remote control, telephone support, scheduled appointments, and walk-in assistance.
