Harvard University’s Secure File Transfer Service, powered by Accellion Kiteworks, will be unavailable due to maintenance during the following dates and times:
- Thursday, June 22, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Eastern time.
Impacts to users:
- The Accellion Kiteworks service will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
- This update will include security patches with no changes to the end user interface or experience.

A reminder that Microsoft Office Message Encryption service (OME) is available for use for M365 email users, to send encrypted emails and files, up to 150MBs in size. This service supports Data Security Level 4 data and below. To get started with OME, review the Outlook knowledge article, Send an Encrypted Email.
