The mission of the Biddinger Lab is to improve the lives of patients with diabetes. We use bioinformatic, biochemical, genetic, and physiological approaches in cells, mice, and humans. Our goal is to define the basic mechanisms that drive cardiovascular and liver disease in diabetes and leverage them for improved treatments. A background in LC/MS or bioinformatics is helpful but not required.
