The mission of the Biddinger Lab is to improve the lives of patients with diabetes. We leverage bioinformatic, biochemical, genetic, and physiological studies to enable new diagnostics and treatments. We are particularly interested in how liver cells work together to maintain homeostasis, and how this become disrupted with diabetes, leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
