Blue Jeans web conferencing software is getting a new look in 2019!
The latest version of Blue Jeans will offer a new look and feel for a more immersive web conferencing experience, allowing you to quickly navigate all meeting controls. The system will retain the functionality you know and use for your meetings today.
When you are prompted to update, follow these steps for a quick and easy desktop set-up:
1. When you see the initial update screen, click on update:
2. Wait for the update progress bar to finish:
3. When installed, click on the, “OK, GOT IT!”
Once you are upgraded to the newest version, you will notice that things look a bit different. The in-meeting controls will no longer be present on the right-hand side of your screen. The controls will now be exposed at the top of the screen when you move and hover with your mouse.
