To the Harvard Chan School community:
Office 365 account provisioning services will be unavailable beginning Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 6:00 PM through Monday, February 17 at 7:00 AM for planned maintenance. During this time the Forefront Identity Management (FIM) system will be upgraded to Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
User Impact:
- New Office 365 mailboxes and accounts will not be provisioned and updates to existing accounts will not take place during the maintenance window.
- Access to Existing Office 365 services including email, calendaring and file sharing will not be impacted by this outage.
