All diplomas for graduates will be mailed 10-15 business days following graduation. Students must log into my.harvard and enter a “Diploma Mailing Address” to receive their diploma.
Students can choose how they want their name to appear on their diploma, but the name must be their legal name and cannot be a nickname. Students will review their name as it appears on my.harvard and can request changes when they complete the Graduation Application.

Prior to receiving their diplomas, graduates should review their final grades on the grade report via my.harvard. If in reviewing their grades, graduates find errors or have questions, they should contact the Registrar’s Office.
