Thank you Maryland Delegates Vogel, Acevero, Amprey, Boafo, Guzzone, Ivey, Lopez, McComas, Mireku-North, Queen, Taveras, Turner, and Woods for being champions of HB0634, and thank you to Maryland Senators Benson, King, and Corderman, for being champions of SB0602, both of which aim to protect young people from dangerous weight loss supplements.

Introduced by in the 2023 Maryland legislative session, HB0634/SB0602 would protect kids from dangerously underregulated over-the-counter diet pills by restricting the sale to adults 18 years or older.
