Faculty Meetings

FACULTY MEETINGS 2024-25 

All meetings will be held from 12:30–1:50 pm via hybrid format (please check individual date for physical locations). Information on joining meetings, including Zoom link, will be included in individual meeting emails and the Outlook meeting invitations.

POLICY ON ATTENDANCE AT FACULTY MEETINGS:

Attendance at the School’s faculty meetings is normally limited to faculty (including primary, secondary, adjunct, emeritus, visiting, and members of the faculty), representatives of the School’s student government and research scientists, School administrators with special interest in a meeting agenda item (including members of the School’s Office of Communications), and special guests invited by the administration.  If members of the School’s community more generally are invited to attend a particular meeting, for example when awards are being presented, the meeting will be publicized accordingly.  Members of the press (including representatives of publications from other parts of the university) and individuals who are not members of the School’s community are excluded from faculty meetings unless specifically invited.
